It's Vacation Time! Time for Fun!

It’s summer! Time for vacations! The Webwright has decided to take a little vacation of our own. We are taking a vacation from our "Tips and Tricks" e-newsletter. That’s right - no tip or trick regarding web sites this month. Instead, we are going to share with you our Riverton Rendezvous sponsorship. In exchange for designing T-shirts, brochures, pins, and a web site, The Webwright got to sponsor a hot air balloon at the 31st Riverton Rendezvous Hot Air Balloon Rally. Not only did we get to sponsor a hot air balloon, we sponsored this year’s special shape balloon, Jack -N- The Box.


In the two videos you’ll see some of The Webwright team working as part of the crew. In the second video, you’ll see footage taken by The Webwright's very own Michael Carroll as he flew in the balloon. Also, in the second video you can see what the inside of a special shape balloon looks like. Shannon got to walk inside the balloon’s box and he took video of the experience!

Jack -N- The Box was made in 2001 by Aeromagic Balloons in Brazil. Standing 110 feet tall, Jack is the same height as an 11 story building. Jack is only 1’1" shorter than the Statue of Liberty is from her heel to her head. Jack weighs in at 550 pounds.

Jack tours the United States and has visited five countries. He is owned and piloted by Jason Harlow of Springfield, MO and Brian Carlson of Topeka, KS. Jason is the pilot that made the journey to Riverton.
